How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on scope: number of users, data volume, level of customization, integrations, security requirements, and support tier. The four engagement tiers (Audit, Pilot, Full Fortress, Strategic Partnership) provide transparent starting points. We provide a fixed quote after the Audit phase.
How do you handle Arabic language?
Adam Prism is Arabic-first — not Arabic-translated. We support 5 dialects (MSA, Egyptian, Levantine, Gulf, Maghrebi) for both speech and text. The model is trained on Arabic corpus, not translated from English.
Do you comply with GDPR, HIPAA, NERC-CIP?
Adam Prism is designed to support these standards. The system's controls can be mapped to NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, PCI DSS, SAMA, and NCA requirements. Final compliance certification is a separate, project-scoped assessment — shared responsibility between us and your organization.
